After months of learning, building, experimenting, and pushing boundaries, it all comes down to this.

Africa's Talking and Google present the LaunchPad Finale, concluding the Generative AI + APIs for Innovation program. This event marks the end of a multi-month technical enablement initiative designed to upskill developers across Sub-Saharan Africa in cloud computing, AI, AI agents, and API integration.

Participants have completed a 10-module curriculum, moving from foundational setup to complex system architecture. They have built applications that combine Google Cloud Generative AI (Vertex AI/Gemini) with Africa's Talking communication APIs (SMS, USSD, Voice).

Finalists, selected from submissions across the continent, will demonstrate their capstone projects live. These presentations will highlight practical solutions to regional challenges, emphasizing technical execution, security, and scalability.

Following weeks of capstone development (now through 14th March), finalists have been selected from submissions across the program. On 19th March, they will take the stage to present their solutions live at the Finale Event.

Now, the spotlight turns to the best of the best.
