About this event

The escalating climate crisis demands urgent action, and the transition to Clean Energy and innovative Environmental Solutions is paramount. This hackathon, focused on Climate Action, empowers developers to leverage Africa's Talking APIs to to build innovative solutions and tools. We aim to foster the development of solutions that enhance energy efficiency, enable robust environmental monitoring, and significantly boost community engagement in sustainable practices across Africa. Participants will build platforms that directly address climate challenges and promote resilient, sustainable development.

  • Clean Energy Adoption & Efficiency: Create tools for real-time energy efficiency monitoring and resource management, promoting a shift towards sustainable energy consumption.

  • Strengthen Environmental Monitoring & Data for Climate Action: Build platforms for critical environmental data collection and monitoring, providing insights essential for informed climate action strategies.
