○ Implement secure payment gateways within the chatbots to handle transactions safely.

○ Use Africa's Talking SMS API to send OTPs for user authentication and secure bookings.

○ Develop chatbots that provide real-time booking confirmations, updates, and reminders via WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS.
