How can we use technology to improve healthcare in our communities?

This 24-hour Open Hackathon invites developers, designers, innovators, healthcare professionals, and students to team up and build real solutions for everyday health challenges in Nigeria — from telemedicine to emergency alerts, appointment systems, and rural outreach.

With Africa’s Talking APIs (SMS, USSD, Voice, Payments), participants will create tools that make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and responsive — especially in underserved areas.

Whether you're a coder, a creative thinker, or passionate about health, this is your chance to contribute to impact-driven innovation.

The winning solution will receive cash prizes as follows (This can change depending on with the resources available):

• Winner - ₦80,000

• 1st Runners Up - ₦60,000

• 2nd Runners Up - ₦40,000

Upon commit, the repository is built and deployed to an accessible web server or an S3 bucket.
